The Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA), as the leading employers’ association in Myanmar’s garment industry, is committed to building capacity and promoting responsible business practices through a range of training services. MGMA delivers training through three key channels tailored to the diverse needs of the industry.

1. First, the Myanmar Garment Human Resource Development Center (MGHRDC), MGMA’s dedicated training center, offers skill development programs focused on improving technical capabilities and production efficiency.
2. Second, MGMA provides compliance and management-related training through its Employers’ Package (MGMAemp), which supports member factories in understanding labor laws, workplace policies, and ethical practices.
3. Lastly, MGMA organizes industry-specific training sessions and workshops in collaboration with NGOs, INGOs, and development partners—bringing international expertise and project-based learning opportunities to garment factories across Myanmar.
