MGMA membership offers a range of benefits, including but not limited to the following services:
- Advocacy - Representing members’ interests in policy discussions and industry regulations.
- Recommendations - Providing essential endorsements for import licenses and other regulatory requirements. Garment manufacturers, particularly those involved in import and export operations, are required to be MGMA members to obtain the necessary recommendations from the association.
- Industrial Relations & Compliance - Ensuring that all members meet the baseline compliance with national labor laws through the Voluntary Labour Compliance Assessment (VLCA) while also providing industry-related services through the Employers’ Package.
- Training - Offering skill development programs and industry-specific workshops.
- Business Matching - Connecting members with potential partners, suppliers, and buyers.
- Mediation - Mediation and conciliation between and among our members, as well as between our members and external parties, in relation to industry-related disputes. When necessary, we also represent and support our members in dispute resolution processes to ensure their interests are effectively advocated and protected.
- Others Support Services - Providing additional resources and assistance tailored to the needs of garment manufacturers.
